Horrible app. Crashes constantly.

Good idea with plenty of potential. Crashes every single day and needs an update asap. Makes it easy to see the available excursions and shows. Does NOT work seamlessly with the onboard computer system. The app offers one set of times for dining while the onboard system had another. If a restaurant is full on the app you have to go to a dining desk to reserve a meal. Should be one system.

Great idea with potential. But this is the most buggy, crash app I have EVER used. Clearly Royal IQ is not ready for release. Its horrible. Its a little like the Quantum of the seas ... Lots of potential but clearly not ready for prime time (and high prices). Suggest waiting a year or so for RCI to work out the bugs. I wonder if the oncoming Anthem ship will be any better. One can only hope.

This is a very useful app for the iQ enabled ships. However, it needs the daily compass available and the ability to move selected events from the compass to your calendar. It would also be great to show a cruise long major event calendar, that can be moved to your calendar, so that you can plan out your cruise.

I had better luck making Reservations at the restaurants. I could not book dinning or anything without knowing room numbers and full names. Also cant find out events going on around the ship unless I already know the times and dates. I did better wondering the ship and working my way into events. Not sure what this app is supposed to make easier.

Constant data base issues - only info on it where they were trying sell except for dinners. Dinner reservations were next to impossible correct via the once the system got it wrong. For example, me at two dinner time & would not reserve for my daughter at all.

This is the worst design ever for a mobile app. It is way too convoluted and confusing. Is this app going to change 10 more times before Royal gets it right? Message to the "app designer" Keep It Simple Stupid Pick up an actual device and research how apps are made and laid out.

Doesnt work on Oasis of the Seas even with paid wi-fi.

Doesnt function on the independence. Just sits there showing "not connected" when my phone is fully connected.

I am writing this from the Adventure so I am in fact connected to the ship wifi. The app says I am not. This should be removed by the looks of the other reviews.

I should have paid attention to he reviews. I have the wifi package, Im connected to the rc oasis wifi... App states Im not connected. Im really full of myself when it comes to technology and thought all the reviews in here from tech ignorant users. I apologize from the bottom of my heart! This app is garbage!

This app is only for Anthem and Quantum...thats why it doesnt work

Read the description people. Im on the Anthem right now and this app is awesome. Reserve anything you want from anywhere on the ship. Wifi is awesome too. It also gives descriptions of everything and includes what to where, cost, if there is one and availability. Great Job RC

...it worked. I just downloaded the app using the royal wifi on Oasis of the Seas. Im writing this review still connected to the same. I mention this only because when I launch the app, it presents a message telling me that Im not connected to Royal wifi, and to try again once Im on board the ship. Not impressed. By the way, the onboard wifi works great. Were about halfway between two stops and Ive been able to stream college football games all weekend in HD with no issues.

Currently onboard oasis and the app doesnt work. Keeps saying were not logged in when we are...such a shame

Just used this app on anthem of the seas I can say its very buggy and needs alot work. First it Costs 14.99 to use messaging and phone services between users and each person you want to communicate with needs to pay as well. I had no choice but to pay. id say 9.99 would be more reasonable. But you need to pay this Everytime you cruise it is not a permanent in app purchase. I can understand it costs money to maintain the app but doesnt cost anything to to route local calls and messages within the ship. Other issues, spell check not working in iPhone 6 with the standard keyboard for the messaging app. Phone calling is very choppy, often does not work at all. meassages get delivered late, app freezes and has to be shut down through app switcher or phone restarted. Was unable to book events and restaurants says "royal iq is unavailable" even when connected to wifi. overall layout is good as well as functionality just fix the bugs. It Sad this app costs money for such poor quality.

This app can only be used if you pay to subscribe to the RC onboard wifi system which we did. Their wifi is very weak which could be the subject of another review. I could never open the application: it always said I was disconnected from the Internet. Its a great idea to stay in touch with cruise activities, booking excursions, etc. but didnt help us.

Im on the Allure of the Seas connected to onboard wifi, and the app does not function.
