Unfortunately the app has bugs and doesnt work the way it supposed to work ... but not always. I was able to book 2 activities on board and the theatre shows but nothing else worked and most the time could not use the app in my state room because the Wi-Fi signal was so poor. I actually cancelled my Wi-Fi plan on board because the strength was only one or two bars at most and hardly ever worked in the cabin. And that was very disappointing because the ship was advertised as being the most technically advanced ship ever. Perhaps Wi-Fi worked better with the streaming plan. I had the basic plan. Not what I expected from Royal Caribbean.
